SUMMARY OF 5 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (834), 
WINONA (208), PHILADELPHIA (346), BROOKHAVEN (161), and MIZE (67) on 
TUESDAY, April 7, 2015

Receipts:      1,616         Last Week:       1,645        Last Year:   1,465   

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers sold steady and heifers sold 4.00 to 6.00 lower. 
The supply included 11 percent slaughter cows and 16 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 56 percent steers and 44 percent heifers, with an 
estimated 9 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
