SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (754) WEDNESDAY, 
March 25, 2015

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower
and bulls sold 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Feeder steers sold 5.00 to 20.00 higher 
and hefiers sold 5.00 to 15.00 higher. 
The supply included 4 percent slaughter cows and 20 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 59 percent steers and 
41 percent heifers, with an estimated 15 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
