SUMMARY OF 5 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (731), 
WINONA (297), PHILADELPHIA (356), BROOKHAVEN (235), and MIZE (191) on 
TUESDAY, December 16, 2014

Receipts:      1,810         Last Week:      1,947        Last Year:    2,072   

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold 5.00 to 9.00 lower. 
The supply included 13 percent slaughter cows and 9 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 55 percent steers and 45 percent heifers, with an 
estimated 12 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
