SUMMARY OF 7 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN HATTIESBURG (1,256), 
FOREST (1,296), MERIDIAN (263), MACON (709), HOUSTON (531), 
WEST POINT (320) AND GRENADA (381) ON November 10, 2014.

Receipts:     4,756         Last Week:     4,037      Last Year:   4,910

   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 higher. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 10 percent slaughter cows 
and 10 percent pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 55 percent 
steers and 45 percent heifers, with an estimated 7 percent of the feeder 
supply weighing over 600 lbs.
