SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (649) WEDNESDAY, 
December 11, 2013

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 4.00 higher 
and bulls sold weak. Feeder steers sold firm and heifers sold 
5.00 to 10.00 higher. 
The supply included 6 percent slaughter cows and 19 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply  included 53 percent steers and 
47 percent heifers, with an estimated 12 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
