SUMMARY OF 5 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (639), 
WINONA (157), PHILADELPHIA (530), BROOKHAVEN (305), and MIZE (87) on 
TUESDAY, June 11, 2013

Receipts:      1,718       Last Week:     1,629     Last Year:   1,849   

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 12 percent slaughter cows and 15 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 57 percent steers and 
43 percent heifers, with an estimated 21 percent of the feeder 
supply weighing over 600 lbs.
