******Sheep and goat sale is on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 am******

   Compared to last month, feeder lambs scarce; slaughter lambs sold steady; 
slaughter ewes traded steady to 5.00 higher, few slaughter rams 10.00 higher.  
Few slaughter billies sold steady; few nannies sold steady, slaughter kids sold 
steady, few feeder kids sold 15.00 lower and yearlings scarce; Demand uneven and 
supply moderate.  Sheep made up approximately 56 percent of the offering, 44 
percent goats.

   Slaughter lambs:  Choice 1-2  48-64 lbs, 175.00-212.50; 70-95 lbs  125.00-
155.00.  Choice 2  45-65 lbs 160.00-170.00.
 
   Yearling: Choice 1  Few 80-100 lbs, 80.00-125.00.

   Feeder lambs:  Choice 1-2  very few 35-`4`9 lbs 150.00-170.00.

   Slaughter ewes:  Utility and Good 2-3  few 80-135 lbs, 70.00-105.00.

   Slaughter rams:  few 138-150 lbs 75.00-110.00.

   Replacement ewes:  Good 2-3  68-135 lbs 97.50-130.00.

   Replacement Rams:  one 110 lbs 115.00.
