******Sheep and goat sale is on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 am******

   Compared to last month, few feeder lambs sold 7.00 higher; slaughter lambs 
sold 23.00 higher; slaughter ewes traded steady; slaughter rams sold 12.00 
higher.  Slaughter billies sold 10.00 higher; nannies sold steady, slaughter 
kids sold 15.00 lower, few feeder kids sold 20.00 lower and yearlings scarce; 
Demand uneven and supply moderate.  Sheep made up approximately 57 percent 
of the offering, 43 percent goats.

   Slaughter lambs:  Choice 1-2  40-72 lbs, 182.50-210.00; 80-100 lbs 145.00-
175.00.     

   Yearling: Choice 1  Choice 1  108-135 lbs 119.00-147.50.
	
   Feeder lambs:  Choice 1-2  few 25-39 lbs, 140.00-182.50.

   Slaughter ewes:  Utility and Good 2-3  85-165 lbs, 70.00-97.00.  few 
thin 89-125 lbs 50.00-65.00.

   Slaughter rams:  Utility and Good 2-3  95-195 lbs 82.50-112.50.

   Replacement ewes:  Good 98-105 lbs 105.00-135.00.  

   Replacement Rams:  few 105-130 lbs 125.00-135.00.
