******Sheep and goat sale is on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 am******

   Compared to last mouth, feeder lambs sold 5.00 lower; slaughter 
lambs sold steady; slaughter ewes traded steady; few slaughter rams 
20.00 lower.  Slaughter billies scarce: few nannies sold 3.00 higher, 
slaughter kids sold steady, few feeder kids sold 3.00 lower and yearlings 
scarce; Demand steady to lower in some classes and supply light due to 
snow.  Sheep made up approximately 86 percent of the offering, 14 
percent goats.

   Sheep: 193 head
 
   Slaughter lambs:  Choice 1   40-67 lbs, 256.00-275.00. Choice 2  
52-65 lbs 225.00-235.00, 70-82 lbs 212.50-242.50.

   Feeder lambs:  Medium and Large 1-2  few 28-38 lbs, 240.00-270.00.

   Slaughter ewes:  Utility and Good 2-3  85-190 lbs, 92.50-130.00, culls 
few 60-98 lbs 87.50-90.00.    

   Slaughter rams:  Utility and Good 2-3  few 140-180 lbs, 105.00-112.50.
