   Compared to last week, based on limited comparisons steers
traded steady to 6.00 lower. Heifers sold steady to 5.00 lower,
however spots 5.00 higher on improved quality. Supply was
moderate and demand was moderate to good. The feeder offering
consisted of near 48 percent steers and bulls and 52 percent
heifers with 53 percent over 600 lbs. Cows and bulls totaled
15 percent of the offering. Slaughter cows sold 1.00-3.00 lower.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  350-400 lbs 179.00-185.00;
450-500 lbs 162.75-167.50; 500-600 lbs 155.00-164.00; 600-700 lbs
141.25-158.50; 700-750 lbs 146.10-152.50, lot 736 lbs fleshy 135.25;
