Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 6/14/2016

Receipts:  1144    Week Ago:  2508    Year Ago:  1595

   Compared to last week, feeders sold uneven. Steers traded steady
to 6.00 lower except 500-600 lbs 8.00-14.00 lower. Heifers sold
mostly steady to firm with spots 5.00 lower. Demand was moderate
to good with the most demand for yearlings. Supply was light to
moderate. The feeder offering consisted of near 51 percent steers
and bulls and 49 percent heifers with 57 percent over 600 lbs. Cows
and bulls totaled 13 percent of the offering. Slaughter cows sold
steady to 1.00 higher.

500-600 lbs 157.75-165.00, pkg 504 lbs fancy 181.50; 600-700 lbs
