   Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold steady to 5.00
higher with the exception of 350-400 lb steers trading 10.00-12.00
lower. Several part load and load lots were offered along with several
lots of replacement quality females. Demand was good to very good. Supply
was moderate to heavy. The feeder offering consisted of 60 percent steers
and bulls and 40 heifers with 64 percent over 600 lbs. Cows and bulls 
were 7 percent of the offering. Slaughter cows were weak to 2.00 lower.
