Receipts:  1341    Week Ago:  1595    Year Ago:  1788

   Compared to last week, steers steady to 10.00 higher, spots 15.00 higher.
Heifers steady to 5.00 higher, spots 15.00 higher.  Supply moderate.  Demand
good to very good.  Cows and bulls were 14 percent of receipts.  In the feeder
supply, steers and bulls were 63 percent of the run; heifers 37 percent.  Near
41 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.  Breaking slaughter cows traded
near steady with Boning and Lean cows 3.00 to 5.00 higher with numerous high
dressing 10.00 to 12.00 higher.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  350-400 lbs 327.00-363.00; 400-500 lbs
305.00-350.00; 500-600 lbs 274.00-315.00; 600-700 lbs 237.00-281.00; 700-800 lbs
242.50-247.00; 800-820 lbs 230.00-234.75.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-400 lbs
