   Compared to last week, steers under 700 lbs sold steady to 15.00 higher;
heifers under 600 lbs steady to 8.00 higher.  Supply light to moderate with
a high percentage of cows.  Demand good to very good.  Cows and bulls were
31 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were
59 percent of the run; heifers 41 percent.  Near 24 percent of feeders weighed
over 600 lbs.  Slaughter cows traded steady to 3.00 higher.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  350-400 lbs 285.00-300.00; 400-450 lbs
280.00-288.00; 500-600 lbs 253.50-281.00; 600-700 lbs 225.50-270.50, pkg 601 lbs
Thin 278.00; 749-800 lbs 224.00-229.50.  Medium and Large 1-2  350 lbs 300.00;
