   Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers and heifers 4.00-8.00 higher. 
Slaughter cows 1.00-2.00 higher. Supply moderate. Near 14 percent of the
offering were cows and 24 percent of the feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder
supply approximately 59 percent steers and bulls and 41 percent heifers. 
There is a bit more stability to the cattle market at the moment as futures
seemed to have found at least a short term bottom and trade worries have
eased. Improving weather brought a good quality feeder offering to town, 
including the first significant numbers of front end northern kind fall calves.

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 185.00-207.50; 400-500 lbs
168.00-201.00; 500-600 lbs 152.00-180.00, fleshy 150.50-153.00; 600-700 lbs
145.75-162.00, few fleshy 140.00-146.50; 700-750 lbs 134.75-140.50, 11 head thin
