   Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers and heifers 2.00-6.00 higher 
except a few steers over 800 lbs steady. Slaughter cows steady. Supply
moderate. Near 6 percent of the offering were cows and 61 percent of the
feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder supply approximately 52 percent steers and
bulls and 47 percent heifers. Good day to move cattle with moderate temps and
feeder futures up 250-300 points. 

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1  small package 265 lbs 202.00; 350-
400 lbs few 176.00-181.00; 450-500 lbs 165.00-189.00; 500-600 lbs 155.00-
169.50; 600-700 lbs 145.50-160.00; 700-800 lbs 143.75-156.35; 800-900 lbs
131.00-132.50. Medium and Large 1-2  400-500 lbs 152.00-166.00; 500-600 lbs
