Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 6/13/2017

   Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers 4.00-10.00 lower. Feeder heifers
3.00-5.00 lower. Slaughter cows steady. Supply light. Near 6 percent of the 
offering were cows and 31 percent of the feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder
supply approximately 64 percent steers and bulls and 36 percent heifers. Cattle
futures are continuing their trek lower which began this time last week with 
most believing that the larger slaughter numbers which are just beginning are
going to increase packer leverage. 

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1  package 283 lbs 198.00; 350-400 lbs
184.00-190.00; 400-500 lbs 170.00-180.00; 500-600 lbs 160.00-169.75; 600-
700 lbs 151.50-162.50; 24 head 710 lbs 157.00. Medium and Large 1-2  350-
400 lbs 172.00-190.50; 400-450 lbs 168.00-178.00; 550-600 lbs 155.00-161.50; 
28 head 717 lbs 152.25. Medium and Large 2  small package 430 lbs 148.00;
