Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 9/17/2013

    Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers and heifers mostly steady. Slaughter
cows 2.00-3.00 lower. Supply heavy. Near 7 percent of the offering was cows and
54 percent of the feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder supply approximately 69 
percent steers and bulls and 31 percent heifers. Big run of feeders this week 
built around two large consignments of all natural, high quality, reputation
black cattle. Not listed in the feeder report were also 75 head of replacement
heifers weighing around 630 lbs which sold in four groups from 1075.00-
1100.00/head.

195.00-208.00; 400-500 lbs 175.50-209.00; 500-600 lbs 163.00-183.00, few 
fleshy 156.00-157.00; 600-700 lbs 156.00-167.00, 95 head value added 695 lbs
