Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 9/10/2013

    Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers and heifers firm to 4.00 higher with
a few 350-400 lb black steer calves fully 5.00-10.00 higher. Slaughter cows 
steady. Supply light. Near 8 percent of the offering was cows and 46 percent of 
the feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder supply approximately 63 percent steers and
bulls and 37 percent heifers. 

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1  350-400 lbs 208.00-223.00; 400-500 lbs
177.00-208.00; 500-600 lbs 161.50-186.50; 600-700 lbs 156.00-165.75, full/fleshy
149.50-151.40; 700-750 lbs 153.50-157.50, 28 head full 731 lbs 147.00. Medium 
and Large 1-2  450-500 lbs 170.50-172.50; 500-600 lbs 156.00-166.00; 600-700 lbs
154.00-156.50. Medium 1-2 450-500 lbs 153.00-161.00. 

   Holstein Steers: Large 3 20 head 662 lbs 96.00. 

   Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1  300-350 lbs 161.00-170.00; 400-500 lbs
154.00-173.00; 500-600 lbs 151.00-154.00; 600-700 lbs 141.00-152.00; small 
package replacements 712 lbs 142.00; 800-850 lbs few 126.00-129.00. Medium and
