   Compared to last Wednesday, feeder steers steady. Feeder heifers 1.00-3.00
higher. Slaughter cows steady to 1.00 lower. Demand good. Supply moderate. Near
9 percent of the offering were cows and 42 percent of the feeders were over 
600 lbs. Feeder supply approximately 65 percent steers and bulls and 35 percent
heifers. 

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1  400-500 lbs 180.00-192.00; 500-600 lbs
167.00-182.00; 600-700 lbs 159.00-169.00, several calves/fleshy 151.00-163.00; 
700-800 lbs 145.25-154.50. Medium and Large 1-2  300-400 lbs 174.00-206.00; 400-
500 lbs 172.00-181.00; 500-600 lbs 156.50-171.50; 700-750 lbs few 145.00-153.00.
Medium and Large 2  small package 470 lbs 153.00. Large 1  small package 580 lbs
153.50.
