Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 6/12/2013

   Compared to last Wednesday, feeder steers and heifers steady to firm. 
Slaughter cows steady. Supply heavy. Near 3 percent of the offering was cows
and 61 percent of the feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder supply approximately
62 percent steers and bulls and 38 percent heifers. High quality feeder 
offering again this week with some weaned calves, lots of big front end calves
right off their mama?s and several big yearlings. 

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1  350-400 lbs 168.00-173.00; 400-500 lbs
160.00-171.00, several thin/value added 175.50-185.00, package fleshy 152.00; 
500-600 lbs 150.00-170.00; 600-700 lbs 143.00-155.00, 56 head fancy 625 lbs
159.00, 19 head fleshy 645 lbs 136.00; 700-800 lbs 135.00-148.50, few calves
119.00-134.00; 800-850 lbs 129.75-132.00; 900-1000 lbs 118.00-120.00. Medium and
