subjected to USDA carcass grading, and marketed through mainstream 
outlets. Non-Traditional markets refer to lambs destined for slaughter 
outside of what would be termed as traditional markets. ***
   
   Compared to last week, slaughter lambs sold mostly steady.Slaughter   
ewes sold steady to 20.00 lower. Demand was good on a heavy run. 
Slaughter supply consisted of 81 percent lambs, 15 percent slaughter
ewes, and 4 percent slaughter bucks. All sheep and lambs are 
destined for non-traditional markets. All sheep and lambs are sold by 
the hundredweight, on actual weights.

   Slaughter Lambs: Wooled & Shorn Choice and Prime 2-3  40-50 lbs 310.00-350.00;
40-50 lbs hair sheep 300.00-330.00; 50-70 lbs 270.00-295.00. Wooled & Shorn Choice
2-3  40-50 lbs 280.00-300.00; 40-60 lbs hair sheep 255.00-275.00; 50-90 lbs 230.00-
265.00; 70-80 lbs hair sheep 205.00-212.00; 90-110 lbs 182.00-217.00; 90-110 lbs 
hair sheep 160.00-185.00; 130-200 lbs 155.00-190.00. Wooled & Shorn Good 1-2

   Slaughter Ewes: Good 2-3  90-160 lbs 120.00-150.00. Utility 1-3  120-200 lbs

   Slaughter Bucks: 120-300 lbs 70.00-107.00; 120-160 lbs hair sheep 120.00-160.00.
  
   Slaughter Goats: Compared to last week Slaughter kids sold 15.00-30.00
higher due to holiday demand. Nannies sold steady to 10.00 higher. Demand 
was very good. Slaughter supply consisted of 45 percent Slaughter Kids, 21 
percent Slaughter Nannies, and 34 percent bucks/billies and whethers. All 
goats are sold by the head on estimated weights.

80-100 lbs 265.00-277.00. Selection 2  40-60 lbs 115.00-165.00; 60-80 lbs 155.00-
