   Compared to last week: Not enough conventional Slaughter steers for
a market test. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily to
the ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold 3.00-
4.00 higher. Demand very good. Slaughter Holsteins and Slaughter heifers
not tested. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady. Demand moderate. Slaughter
bulls sold 1.00-2.00 lower. Demand moderate. Cattle supplies included
211 steers; 137 heifers; 267 cows; 130 bulls; and 161 feeder calves.
All prices per cwt.
