on a light test. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily
to the ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold
steady to 1.00 higher. Demand moderate. Slaughter Holsteins sold 1.00-
2.00 higher. Slaughter heifers not tested last week so no comparison.
Slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00 lower. Demand moderate. Slaughter bulls
sold 1.00-2.00 higher. Demand moderate. Cattle supplies included
239 steers; 159 heifers; 264 cows; 112 bulls; and 143 feeder calves.
