   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold steady to 2.00 higher on
good demand. High dressing Lean steers sold 2.00-3.00 higher on good
demand. Slaughter Holstein steers sold 1.00-2.00 higher on good demand.
Slaughter heifers not tested. Slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00 higher on
good demand. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 1.00 higher on good demand.
Supply included 182 slaughter steers; 96 heifers; 323 cows; 81 bulls and
130 feeder cattle. All prices quoted per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1400-1500 lbs few 126.00-
128.50. Choice 2-3  1350-1550 lbs few 123.00-125.00. Select 1-2  1250-1550
lbs few 120.00-122.00. High dressing Lean steers  1200-1700 lbs 121.00-
138.00, few 140.00-151.00.  

   Slaughter Holsteins: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1400-1700 lbs 101.00-
