   Compared to last Monday's sale, Slaughter steers sold 1.00-2.00 higher.
High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily to the ethnic market and
most are extremely lean. Those steers sold steady. Slaughter Holstein steers
and heifers not tested. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady to 1.00 higher.
Slaughter bulls sold mostly 4.00-5.00 higher. Cattle supplies included
144 slaughter steers; 134 heifers; 275 cows; 104 bulls and 84 feeder cattle.
All prices quoted per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1350-1600 lbs 133.00-135.50.
Choice 2-3  1300-1600 lbs 127.50-131.50. Select 1-2  1250-1600 lbs 122.00-

lbs 225.00-250.00. Number 3  75-130 lbs 175.00-210.00. Utility  80-105 lbs
100.00-135.00.
