   Compared to last Monday's sale, Slaughter steers sold 2.00-3.00 lower.
Slaughter Holstein steers not tested. High Dressing Lean steers sold mostly
steady. Slaughter cows sold 4.00-5.00 lower. Demand was moderate. Slaughter
Bulls sold mostly 3.00-4.00 lower. Cattle supplies included 202 slaughter
steers; 147 heifers; 280 cows; 110 bulls and 157 feeder cattle. All prices
quoted per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: Choice 2-3  1350-1600 lbs 115.00-120.00. Select 1-3
1250-1650 lbs 112.00-114.00. High Dressing Lean Steers 1200-1700 lbs 114.00-

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week's report, Holstein
bull calves sold 40.00-50.00 lower. Holstein heifer calves sold mostly 25.00-
30.00 lower. Demand was moderate. All prices per cwt.  
   
   Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1  105-120 lbs 210.00-235.00; 85-100 lbs
250.00-285.00. Number 2  80-125 lbs 175.00-210.00. Number 3  60-115 lbs
150.00-185.00. Utility  100-115 lbs 100.00-135.00; 60-80 lbs 50.00-85.00.
