When compared to last Monday's sale, slaughter cows sold mostly 1.00
higher. Bulls sold sharply higher, mostly 8.00-10.00 higher. Demand was very
good driven by light supplies. Cattle supply included 113 slaughter steers,
84 heifers, 365 cows, 91 bulls, and 67 feeders. All prices quoted per cwt.

higher with very good demand. Heifers sold firm with good demand. All calves
are Holstein unless otherwise noted. All prices per cwt.
Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1 100-115 lbs 265.00-290.00; 80-95 lbs
270.00-300.00. Number 2 100-115 lbs 220.00-260.00; 80-95 lbs 240.00-270.00.
Number 3 80-115 lbs 150.00-200.00. Utility 65-95 lbs 40.00-70.00.
Holstein Heifer Calves: Number 1 85-110 lbs 200.00-250.00. Number 2 75-
115 lbs 150.00-200.00. Utility/Non-Tubing 60-105 lbs 60.00-100.00.
