Despite knowing better, I’ve always carried my semen tank in the front seat of the truck with a seat belt to hold it in.  That stopped on Wednesday when I went to get it filled and listened to the welding supply guys tell stories of just how dangerous that actually is.

Evidently, if you are hit, and the nitrogen spills, it’s not so much the burning your skin you need to worry about.  The stories I was told indicated it’s the nitrogen vapor that will immediately boil and fill the cab that you need to worry about because it will kill or put you a comma before you have a chance to get out of the truck.
