Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 05/11/2013
Receipts: 3150 Last Week: 0 Year Ago: 0
No recent test of market for an accurate comparison a trend will
not be given. Demand was good for all offerings. Receipts
consisted of 44 percent steers, 56 percent heifers with 60 percent
weighing over 600 pounds. Baby calves off the cow weighing 75-200
lbs sold for $125.00 to $475.00. Bred fall cows and pairs consisted
mostly of Black and BWF cows with black calves at side, fall bred
cows bred to black or Hereford bulls.
