   Compared to last Monday at the same market, stocker and feeder steers steady to 
9.00 higher on increased receipts and buyer attendance. Trade very active with good 
demand. Bullish Cattle on Feed report and higher gains on both the feeder and live 
cattle contracts have made the market more favorable. Slaughter cows and bulls 
1.00-3.00 lower as seasonal heavy supplies weigh on the market. Trade slow with 
light to moderate demand. Slaughter cows made up 33 percent of the offering, 
slaughter bulls 10 percent, and feeders 57 percent of the supply. The feeder supply 
included 62 percent steers and 38 percent heifers. Near 62 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs.
