Compared to last Monday at the same market, stocker and feeder cattle
weak. Trade active with moderate to good demand for hay wintered offerings.
Slaughter cows weak to 3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls steady. Trade active with
good demand. Slaughter cows made up 35 percent of the offering, slaughter
bulls 5 percent, and feeders 60 percent of the supply. The feeder supply
included 54 percent steers and 46 percent heifers. Near 33 percent of the run
weighed over 600 lbs.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 400-500 lbs 195.00-214.00; 400-500 lbs
180.00, Full; 500-600 lbs 171.00-182.00; 500-600 lbs 190.00, Thin Fleshed; 600-
700 lbs 162.00-166.00; 700-800 lbs 140.00-149.00; 800-900 lbs 140.00-142.00.
Medium and Large 2-3: 700-800 lbs 131.00. Large 1: 900-1000 lbs 139.00. Small
and Medium 1-2: 300-400 lbs 201.00.
Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1-2: 600-700 lbs 158.00. Large 1-2: 900-1000
lbs 122.00.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2: 300-400 lbs 195.00; 400-500 lbs 184.00-
190.00; 500-600 lbs 169.00-176.00; 600-700 lbs 152.00-154.00. Medium and Large
