   Compared to last Monday at the same market, not enough stocker or feeder cattle 
this week for accurate trends, however a higher undertone was noted. Trade active 
with good demand. Slaughter cows steady to firm. Quality more attractive than last 
week with weighing condition?s in buyers favor. Slaughter bulls 4.00-5.00 higher. 
Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows made up 80 percent of the offering, 
Slaughter bulls 5 percent, and feeders 15 percent of the supply. The feeder supply 
included 50 percent steers and 50 percent heifers. Near 53 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs. The World Trade Organization has ruled against U.S. labels on 
packaged steaks and other cuts of meat that say where the animals were born, raised 
and slaughtered.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  200-300 lbs 685.00, Per Head;  500-600 
lbs 272.00;  600-700 lbs 261.00;  700-800 lbs 216.00;  800-900 lbs 192.50.  Small 
and Medium 1-2:  100-200 lbs 550.00, Per Head.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  500-600 lbs 235.00-238.50;  600-700 lbs 
216.00;  800-900 lbs 188.00.  Small and Medium 1-2:  400-500 lbs 223.00.
