No trends due to inclement weather conditions last week and market not
reported. Trade slow to moderate with light demand. Slaughter cows made up 70
percent of the offering, Slaughter bulls 5 percent, and feeders 25 percent of
the supply. The feeder supply included 46 percent steers and 54 percent
heifers. Near 53 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 300-400 lbs 316.00; 400-500 lbs 228.00-
239.00; 600-700 lbs 216.00; 600-700 lbs 198.00, Full; 700-800 lbs 208.00.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2: 300-400 lbs 290.00; 500-600 lbs 212.00,
Full; 600-700 lbs 214.00-218.00; 600-700 lbs 192.00, Full; 700-800 lbs 184.00.
Small and Medium 1-2: 300-400 lbs 251.00.
