   Compared to last Monday at the same sale, stocker and feeder cattle 5.00-
6.00 higher as quality of cattle was more attractive than last week as most 
where hay wintered. Trade active with good demand and good buyer attendance. 
Slaughter cows steady. Slaughter bulls 1.00-2.00 lower. Trade moderate with 
light to moderate demand as an interest or so is getting most of its supplies 
from Canada. Slaughter cows made up 22 percent of the offering, Slaughter 
bulls 10 percent, and feeders 68 percent of the supply. The feeder supply 
included 64 percent steers and 36 percent heifers. Near 63 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs.  

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  400-500 lbs 185.50;  500-600 lbs 171.50-
180.00;  600-700 lbs 164.00-170.50;  600-700 lbs 178.50, Thin Fleshed;  700-800 lbs 
163.00-169.00;  700-800 lbs 149.00-155.00, Full;  800-900 lbs 150.00-156.00. 

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  500-600 lbs 159.00-169.50;  600-700 lbs 
156.00-158.00;  700-800 lbs 149.50-152.50;  800-900 lbs 145.00;  900-1000 lbs 
123.00, Full.
