Slaughter Sheep: Compared to last week, this week continued the trend of
lambs over 80 lbs selling 5.00-10.00 higher, while lambs under 80 lbs sold
10.00-15.00 lower. Ewes sold steady. Bucks sold 5.00-10.00 higher on a light
test. Supply consisted of 89 percent Slaughter lambs, 10 percent Slaughter
Ewes, and 1 percent bucks. All sheep and lambs are sold by the hundred weight,
on actual weights.

Slaughter Bucks: 120-160 lbs hair sheep 120.00; 160-200 hair sheep lbs
80.00-112.00; 200-300 lbs 80.00-117.00.
Slaughter Goats: Compared to last week, Slaughter kids sold mostly steady
to 10.00 lower. Wether kids did not bring a significant premium. Slaughter
nannies sold mostly 10.00-15.00 lower. Slaughter bucks sold steady on a light
test. Slaughter wethers sold steady on a light test compared to a light test.
Demand was moderate for all classes. Supply consisted of 60 percent
Slaughter Kids, 30 percent Slaughter Nannies, and 10 percent bucks/billies
and wethers. All goats are sold by the head on estimated weights.
Slaughter Kids: Selection 1 40-60 lbs 180.00-215.00; 60-80 lbs 240.00-
275.00; 80-100 lbs 310.00-310.00. Selection 2 0-20 lbs 70.00-95.00; 20-40
lbs 100.00-145.00; 40-60 lbs 150.00-195.00; 60-80 lbs 185.00-225.00.
Selection 3 0-20 lbs 35.00-50.00, gaunt 10.00-20.00; 20-40 lbs 52.00-

Slaughter Nannies/Does: Selection 1 80-130 lbs 175.00-200.00. Selection
