would be termed as traditional markets. ***
Sheep and Lambs: Compared to last week, Slaughter lambs sold 10.00-20.00
higher. Slaughter ewes 10.00-20.00 higher. Demand was very good for today's
sale. Slaughter supply consisted of 75 percent lambs, 20 percent slaughter
ewes and the remaining 5 percent slaughter bucks. All sheep and lambs are
destined for non-traditional markets. All sheep and lambs are sold by the
hundred weight, on actual weights.

2-3 50-60 lbs 210.00-227.00; 50-70 lbs hair sheep 194.00-197.00; 70-90 lbs
187.00-202.00; 90-110 lbs 190.00-200.00; 110-120 lbs 198.00-200.00. Wooled
and Shorn Choice and Prime 3-4 50-60 lbs 227.00-245.00; 60-70 lbs 212.00-
220.00; 70-90 lbs 200.00-217.00, hair sheep 208.00-212.00; 90-110 lbs

Utility 1-2 Thin Flesh 90-110 lbs hair sheep 67.00-73.00; 120-160 lbs 62.00-
80.00; 190-210 lbs 56.00-62.00. Cull 1-2 Very Thin Fleshed 100-120 lbs

Slaughter Bucks: 160-180 lbs 66.00-92.00; 210-230 lbs 50.00-102.00.
Slaughter Goats: When compared to last week, slaughter kids sold mostly
steady to 10.00 higher with good demand. Nannies traded mostly 10.00-20.00
higher. Reported slaughter supply consisted of 55 percent Slaughter Kids,
30 percent Slaughter Nannies, and 15 percent bucks/billies and whethers.
All Goats are sold by the head on estimated weights.
Slaughter Kids: Selection 1-2 40-60 lbs 137.00-170.00; 60-80 lbs 200.00-
202.00; 80-90 lbs 220.00-230.00. Selection 2 40-60 lbs 102.00-137.00.

Slaughter Nannies/Does: Selection 1 120-140 lbs 177.00-190.00.
