   Compared to two weeks ago, Slaughter steers sold mostly 1.00-2.00 lower. 
Slaughter Holsteins sold mostly steady compared to a very light test last 
week. Slaughter heifers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 lower on a very light test. 
Demand was moderate for all classes. Slaughter cows sold mostly 1.00-2.00 
higher. Demand was good. Cattle supplies included 215 slaughter steers; 68 
heifers; 392 cows; 16 bulls; and 9 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1350-1600 lbs 164.00-167.75, 
mostly 164.00-166.00. Choice 2-3  1200-1650 lbs 160.00-164.00. Select 1-3  
1300-1700 lbs 153.00-159.50.

   Slaughter Holsteins: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1450-1600 lbs 150.00-
154.00. Choice 2-3  1300-1700 lbs 144.00-148.00. Select 1-2  1350-1750 lbs 
136.00-143.00.

   Slaughter Heifers: High choice and Prime 3-4 Few 1200-1450 lbs 162.00-
162.50. Choice 2-3 Few 1150-1400 lbs 157.00-159.50.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to two weeks ago Holstein bull 
calves sold mostly 25.00-50.00 lower with moderate demand. Heifers sold weak. 
Ag Market News LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 453 head for 
Thursday's sale. All calves are sold by the cwt. 

   Graded Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1  110-128 lbs 347.00-395.00; 90-108 
lbs 410.00-435.00. Number 2  106-128 lbs 360.00-388.00; 80-104 lbs 414.00-
427.00. Number 3  80-130 lbs 365.00-395.00; 72-78 lbs 300.00. 

   Holstein Heifer Calves: Number 1  85-110 lbs 200.00-280.00. Number 2  80-
110 lbs 120.00-200.00. Non tubing/Utility 60-80 lbs 20.00-60.00.
