Compared to last Thursday's sale, Slaughter steers sold
mostly steady to 1.00 lower. Demand was very good. Holstein
steers sold mostly 1.00-2.00 higher copared to a light test
last week. Heifers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 higher compared to
a light test last week. Slaughter cows sold mostly 2.00-3.00
higher. Demand was very good. Cattle supplies included
395 slaughter steers; 96 heifers; 517 cows; 46 bulls; and
116 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

148.00-152.75. Choice 2-3 1300-1700 lbs 144.00-147.50.

Bull calves sold mostly 40.00-70.00 lower. Holstein Heifer calves
sold 10.00 higher. Demand was very good. Ag Market News LLC under
the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 441 head for Thursday's sale.
