   Compared to last week, steers 400-750 lbs 5.00 to 15.00 higher with some
six weights up to 21.00 higher. Heifers 500-700 lbs mostly steady to
5.00 lower.  Supply moderate.  Demand good to very good.  Cows and bulls were
15 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 49 percent
of the run; heifers 51 percent.  Near 53 percent of feeders weighed over
600 lbs.  Breaking slaughter cows traded 1.00 to 2.00 higher; Boning and
Lean mostly steady.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  few 290-300 lbs 335.00-365.00; 383 lbs 
312.50; 400-500 lbs 305.50-330.00; 500-600 lbs 274.00-309.00; 600-700 lbs
