Receipts:  1514    Week Ago:  1308    Year Ago:  1682

   Compared to last week, steers under 550 lbs sold near 10.00 to 12.00
higher; steers over 550 lbs 2.00 to 4.00 higher; heifers mostly steady to
4.00 lower.  Supply moderate.  Demand good.  Cows and bulls were 18 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 62 percent of the
run; heifers 38 percent.  Near 29 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows traded near steady.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 238.50-253.00; 400-500 lbs
227.00-252.50; 500-600 lbs 213.00-240.00; 600-700 lbs 189.50-213.00; 750-
800 lbs 173.50-176.00; two load lots 938 and 941 lbs 169.00-169.35.  Medium
and Large 1-2  320-400 lbs 223.00-235.00; 400-500 lbs 225.00-247.50; 500-
600 lbs 211.00-225.00; pkg 635 lbs 190.50.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 206.50-221.00; 400-500 Lbs
206.50-226.25; 500-550 lbs 184.00-207.00; 550-600 lbs 172.50-181.75; 650-
700 lbs 167.50-183.00; few 730-740 lbs 172.50-173.00.  Medium and Large 1-2
