Receipts:  2187    Last Week:  3419    Year Ago:  3057

   Compared to last week, steers under 750 lbs sold fully steady; heifers
under 600 lbs sold steady to 4.00 higher; heavier weights lightly tested.
Supply moderate with a very attractive run of calves with few yearlings.
Demand good to very good with active trade.  Cows and bulls were 14 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 56 percent of the
run; heifers 44 percent.  Near 37 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows traded steady to 2.00 lower.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  350-400 lbs 230.00-245.00; 400-500 lbs
191.00-224.00, thin 226.00; 500-600 lbs 175.00-200.00, fancy 202.50; 600-
700 lbs 165.00-180.75; 700-750 lbs 168.50-176.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-
400 lbs 209.00-224.00; 400-500 lbs 180.00-201.00; 500-600 lbs 169.00-200.00;
