Compared to a week ago: Slaughter cows sold 3.00 higher, bulls
sold 1.00 higher. Feeder steers and bulls sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher.
Feeder heifers sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher. Demand moderate on feeders.
Replacement cows and pairs sold mostly steady. Slaughter cows 12
percent, bulls 1 percent, replacement cows and pairs 6 percent, and
feeders 81 percent. The feeder supply included 22 percent steers,
26 percent heifers, 29 percent bulls, and 23 percent Holstein steers.
Near 33 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
