Receipts: 2865 Last Week: 2547 Year Ago: 2141
Compared to last week, steers over 500 lbs sold steady to 3.00 lower;
heifers over 500 lbs steady. Supply was heavy and demand good. Cows and
bulls were 12 percent of receipts. In the feeder supply, steers and bulls
were 62 percent of the run; heifers 38 percent. Near 57 percent of feeders
weighed over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows traded steady to 2.00 lower.
