   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold mostly steady to 1.00
lower on a light test. Demand moderate. High dressing Lean steers sold
1.00-2.00 higher on good demand. Slaughter Holstein steers not tested.
Slaughter heifers not tested. Slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 lower on
moderate demand. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 2.00 lower on moderate
demand. Supply included 265 slaughter steers; 123 heifers; 342 cows;
143 bulls and 175 feeder cattle. All prices quoted per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1300-1550 lbs few 127.00-
129.00. Choice 2-3  1350-1600 lbs few 120.00-123.00. Select 1-2  1300-
1600 lbs few 116.00-120.00. High dressing Lean steers  1250-1700 lbs
115.00-138.00, few 140.00-151.00.
